These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Acordle ("Acordle", "we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Acordle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

Acordle is an educational mobile app designed to help users learn and memorize guitar chords through gameplay and practice modes.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Acordle for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the app except where allowed by applicable law.

The app may display ads to users who do not have the Full Version entitlement, including interstitial ads and an end-game banner. Ad behavior may depend on Google consent flow outcomes, applicable law, and platform or device settings. If consent is unavailable or the flow fails, the current implementation falls back to non-personalized ad requests.

All content, code, trademarks, logos, graphics, audio, game mechanics, and other materials in Acordle are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.

Acordle relies on third-party services (such as authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and payment services). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of Acordle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.

Acordle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acordle and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the app.

Where limitation of liability is not fully permitted, liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acordle and its developer from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Acordle (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk for users or the platform.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and, if desired, deleting your account through available settings.

16. Changes to Acordle or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Acordle at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of Acordle after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts under applicable law.
